My Journey to being a Fit Healthy Thin College Stu

Hi everyone, I am a college student, sophomore and yes I gained the freshmen 15 but only at the end of my freshmen year, being stressed out and dealing with some stuff I found comfort in the wrong places. I am here to take back my life and become that strong, healthy, fit, thin, and confident person I once was. On my journey I want to share it with everyone who wants to fallow me and I would love to help anyone and encourage as much as I can. On here you'll get health advice, positive, motivated quotes, I will post exercises and what not. I want you to be a part of my journey and if you are on the same journey lets do it together.
